Welcome to Kate Pankhurst RowFit.

I am passionate about health and fitness and use my knowledge and experience from the sport of rowing to offer a range of personal training services to my clients.

My training programmes are often focused, albeit not exclusively so, on teaching safe and effective indoor rowing technique and thereupon using this fantastic machine to build both aerobic endurance and muscular endurance through high intensity anaerobic interval training.

This site is also home to my training blog where I hope to bring the on-water and indoor rowing community together to discuss topics that involve and affect the sport we know and love.
